You just have to find the right kind to not hurt your feet, plus those petals that keep you from slipping : )

I had one pair like that, recently gave away, they hurt me more than high heels ^^;
I think once your foot gets used to something, it's hard to change. I switch from heels to flats pretty much every day. Anything in between and I guess my foot just goes bananas ^^;
