Air can dry your skin a lot.I hear if you put lotion on and then gloves it can help to heal cracked skin and stuff like that, I know my mom's done it before and it helped a lot. She's got a pretty bad problem with cracked skin sometimes like that.
Ah here we go, moisture lock gloves those are what it was. Supposed to help, heard it does from a few people.

@Cream: I use foot lotion on my hands, as it seems to be more effective. The gloves thing really works, but I get annoyed with it and end up just taking them off after 10mins.
