I've been doing fruit smoothies lately. I'm pretty much addicted, I'm eating one right now lol. And a cup of fruit isn't a lot of calories, plus it has a lot of fiber so it keeps you not hungry. It's perfect for the hot summer months (though I will probably still eat them in the winter).I usually just put in 1 and 1/2 cups of fruit and a splash of juice, like apple juice or orange juice. For even less calories, you can put water instead of juice. And I use frozen fruit so it's nice and cold.
If you're using fresh fruit, just toss in a little ice.
Stick it all in the blender for a few seconds and there's a delicious, healthy snack.
My friend likes to put in a little bit of whip cream, which is like 20-25 calories. Makes it a little creamier without adding all the calories that yogurt would.
My mom's so awesome <3 I love youuu~~
But.... In the end, it's still fruits and veggies.....

O_O how did you do that? I've been craving those .... and its a good thing i don't have any in the house at all.
A little bit of willpower after a disaster after I gained 1.5 kilos because of eating them... Oh, and I have lost 3 kilos back after so much hard work.

Awwww, what's wrong with fruits and veggies though? I love fruit so much ❤
And like Neko said, you can still eat chocolate and chips in moderation, I definitely do. I always have some chocolate truffles in my fridge, lol.
But for all the time snacking, you better stick with something that's not a lot of calories. Although idk how Neko can eat lettuce raw x-x;;
@_@ Now I'm feeling so full from my smoothie, lol

The only one i would probably try would be the shave ice and milk.... then add condense milk and add all the ingredients i like to make it into Halo Halo... which i think is really more of a desert than a snack xDI loooooooooove halo-halo! That's actually why I eat the shaved ice with milk--I'm too lazy/poor to buy the other fillings (all we have is langka, and I HATE that with a passion).

I like very watery fruits and veggies in general, and I just eat many of them raw because I'm too lazy too cook or even throw together a vinaigrette (which takes all of like, 10sec). Lately I've been eating a lot of turnips. I just cut them into 1cm cubes, toss them with a liberal amount of salt, then omnomnom.

Aww... Only veggies and fruits?.. I need something more than that tho :(@Neko
Unfortunately, my favorite snacks were Chocolates, Potato Chips, and the kinds!
They were like sins, even tho you know it's sooo bad to eat them (You can check their calories), you keep wanting for more... But I have parted my ways with them since a while ago tho!
How about berries (or fruits) with a little bit of vanilla ice cream? That's not an everyday snack, but its good for weekends or special days :> And I dont know if this works for others, but when I bake something myself (like cookies), when I'm done and I have a bunch of cookies in front of me, I dont really feel like eating anymore and I just have one or 2 :o But if I buy cookies from the store, I usually end up eating the whola package D: Unless its a huge one ofcourse. And thats why I rarely buy cookies.
And dried fruits are great too, in moderation. And dark chocolate, at least I cant eat very much of it.
But I'm not really the person to give advice on this, am om nom nomming some candy atm and I have a bottle of 7up somewhere near me D:

Haha, high five for halo-halo! I like to put everything but the kitchen sink in my halo-halo--pinipig, macapuno, kaong, beans (both the white and red kind), sago, gulaman, nata de coco, shaved coconut, corn, leche flan, ube, and cornflakes. Sometimes I put saba in, but only when I'm feeling like bananas.
Dammit, now I want halo-halo. But the ingredients are expensive over here. T^T
As for willpower, I will admit that I don't have much of it when it comes to food, but I trust my body to know what is right for me. If my body says "eat chocolate" I will if I have it on hand. If my body says "I want lettuce" then I go leaf some and nibble on it. Sometimes I eat more junk than healthy food, but other times I will eat nothing but veggies, so it all balances out somehow.

In the end it's all fruits and veggies~
Come on girls! Is there no Chips and Crisps or Chocolates with much much less calories?
Oh and also, you all might wanna try frozen yogurt sometimes

So I heard there is halo-halo in this thread. I like all that Nekohime had mentioned, especially leche flan. I often request langka on it as well. I was craving for it this afternoon but the ingredients aren't available lol.

hmm, try finding some cookie/cake recipe that doesnt have much fat and sugar in it and put some cocoa powder in it. I can check my recipe books if there's anything that doesnt have much calories and has cocoa powder in it, or something that could taste good with cocoa powder.

Which reminds me, those stuffs Neko said are mostly Filipino stuffs.Yup, and I shall go on a quest to find these magical ingredients!!
I kid, I can just walk to the grocery store and find them. I love living in California! I'm just too poor to get them because hello, $3.00 per jar for about 13 ingredients? Most expensive halo-halo evar.
As for low-cal chips...try finding the baked rather than fried kind? I honestly don't like those though. For cookies, I suppose you could bake them with Splenda rather than real sugar, but artificial sugars have their drawbacks as well. For chocolate, eat dark (at least 60% cocoa) instead of milk--less calories, and since it's bitter, you'll have less of it too.

Couldnt find any low calorie recipes :/ But as I said before, try dark chocolate, it has a strong flavour and most likely you cant eat as much of it as you would eat milk chocolate.
Edit: Or you can always melt some chocolate, then mix it with some muesli, put the mixture in some dish (so the chocomuesli is about 1 inch thick), let it cool a bit and cut it in pieces. You'll get your delicious chocolate, but muesli makes it more healthy + muesli is quite filling, so you cant eat as much :)
