Well... Yeah... it was getting bad. I asked the cops what could I do about this since it is becoming annoying for me and the other neighboors (also REALLY unhealthy for those two). They reported the incident to the head of the appartment complex and they have one last chance or the next law inforcement incident will result in either someone is arrested or them having to leave the complex.
