Pretty good, been getting back into some light exercising (cardio with a little palates mixed in). It really kicked my butt :P

I love doing dance exercises ^_^ Fun fact: I used to think the gym was an evil place full of scary machinery and masochists.

Lol thanks Alice-chan, yeah luckily I'm taking it slow. I use to be a semi-professional dancer once upon a time so I forgot about the pain lol. I still don't like gyms all that much, not into using machinery and such (and I agree with your gym analogy!)

Idk if I know anything amazing, but I just like to enjoy dancing for the sake of it. I found that I didn't enjoy it as much when it became competitive, it's no myth that they want you to look and act a certain way whether it be weight or if you can suck up to the instructors (cash is a biggy too). I was good, but not the best and I wanted to keep my passion for it and quit when I could (looking back on it I'm glad I did).

Oh and tango is great, try it when you can ;D
