Quickly assembles a garlic and thyme aioli and flash fries panko covered potato wedges and shrimp. Returns to steak, pours bourbon on the grill and tops with mushrooms and onions sautéed in a cream sauce. Serves steak with potatoes, tempura shrimp, chimichurri and aioli*
