7 has less trouble, 8.1 messed with mouse acceleration(brings problems on osu, but they are solved since raw input implementation).
Also, an starter OS wouldn't work with me, too many experiments ._.

Maybe I will try 8.1, but just thinking about messing my pc again... for now it's working just as intended. *shivers remembering about random audio-mutes*
