Fakku publishing uncensored books and Japanese censorship.

Just had to put this topic up for discussion. Now that we're getting legit, uncensored hentai (Like it was meant to be!!!!).
Are we making the Japanese jealous? Considering the eternally stupid censorship law that is for some reason still in effect, won't our beautiful uncensored books increase the trend of "reverse" importing again?
It happened with Japan's (non-H)anime titles mostly because of how much the studios were charging the Japanese for a single DVD/Blu-Ray or even worse a box set of a series.
And it also happened to the H-anime being released uncensored in the West and the Japanese really started to reverse import so much that it's much harder for us to see uncensored releases of newer H-anime due to the studios trying to prevent reverse imports again.
So with all this stupidity in mind... will the emergence of having younger voters, (voting age has finally been lowered to 18 in Japan) as well as the societal shift to get rid of the "oyaji" politics in the Japanese Diet. Can we hope that some young modern minded voters an more youthful Japanese politicians will finally start making the move towards getting rid of that WW2 "US" inspired prude censorship law? Even the US got rid of it's censorship law... Why is Japan still clinging to it?
Feel free to discuss and bring ideas on what I've presented.

Well Fakku has banned Japanese IPs to stay ok with Wani and Japanese law so they can't order anything from here, it should be the same with jlist and any other reputable store so they need to rely on proxy services for physical items.
However they can still use VPN and buy digital releases which I know is happening, there's sometimes Japanese user or comment passing by but we don't know the scale of happening yet, most likely it's small minority because "according to a 2015 study by the Japanese Cabinet Office, only 30% of Japanese high schoolers use laptops, and only 16% use desktop computers." and Fakku mobile site is little behind in development... :V
Japanese didn't change their law because Japan is cancered by traditionalism, they will literally discard all positive changes or improvements if they require change be it small or big, it was always like that in Japan that's why they were so far behind (or unique if you prefer) in development until Portuguese came but even then they had hard time accepting modern technology.
You can still easily see it today, it wasn't until last year when they discovered gold mine of Steam and most of games are still developed in very archaic way. (grind core 0 moar pls, full hd when?)
Publishers in Japan are trying actively discourage Japanese from buying on Steam through putting extreme price tags on games or Japanese language as DLCs (you thought EA/Ubi were bad? hah) just to support hostageware of Sony and their shit.
Anti-racism laws? Yeah they started making them few years ago lol.
Japan is slowly shifting to modern world but it's still years away at current pace.
