it sounds good, but yeah you'd need loads of time, animation, music, storyboarders, script writers and everyone else. It's like a lot of work but I think it'd be good ;)

Fakku! Anime will be full of annoying happy-go-lucky stupid characters, with some reasonable but generally grumpy characters, and a couple of authoritative characters who try to keep it all in line.
