Ever read Eru Shindo comics? He made NTR of Yotsuba. Not just 1 but 2 of them.
Also while forced and NTR are pretty heartbreaking, it's still not guro.

Edit: He makes very convincing stories which makes them better than the original stories themselves.

I do admit his stories do turn some people off, they're definitely not vanilla, but for some reason, he somehow intentional or not makes me laugh.
