Wow. I've never watched most of the plot before, I had to go back and watch it again in order to answer you.

Synopses: Dude is living in the same house as his brother and his wife (the purple haired woman). The Brother is away all the time. Dude and the wife are horny so they fuck. There's also some stuff about the dude fucking the girl works with him at a flower shop (the red haired woman)

That was about as spoiler free as I could make it.

Although I never realized until now that the purple haired woman was married.
