Felicia Day?

Just want fellow nerd-like people's opinion on Felicia Day. Ugly, pretty? Talented, untalented?

Personally, and I'm going to be blunt. I cannot stand this woman, and the fact that my S.O. finds her, in his words "gorgeous", severely disturbs me.

Feel free to close this topic if it's too obnoxious. I apologize I'm just in an annoyed mood today and need to vent on something insignificant.

It's alright. Everyone has one of those days.

For the topic: I'm sorry I can't give a proper opinion about Felicia Day but I can't because I don't know much about her besides that many people like her for some reason.

A former friend and I loved The Guild when it first began. In fact we followed it religiously. But then we stopped talking for a few years and the last time I spoke to her she said she now can't stand Felicia because she's everywhere and really milks the whole "She's a girl-gamer" thing.

Is she really that bad now?

I just don't understand the constant love. I don't find her very attractive, certainly not "gorgeous".

I find her acting alright, some of her stuff is really good but a good 80% of what I've seen of her is just SO-SO you know?

I am a HUGE fan of the Geek and Sundry channel, I watch a lot of their content. And I just can't wrap my head around why she's so popular. It baffles me. It's made worse when my S.O. fanboys over her, it puts me in quite the irked mood.

I would never do that to him over people I find attractive O_o? I mean it's just kinda... weird.

I watched the first episode and the video you posted; I don't get the appeal. I'd still much rather it be Darkstalkers Felicia day where I'd hang up decorations, bake some cookies, dress up like Felicia, make my friend dress like Morrigan, go out on the town, have some fun, probably get arrested for indecent exposure due to our clothing, bribe a cop, and then just laze around the house all night.

You know; just like any other Friday.
