Indeed, and those are just the minor injuries you might get if you go outside.

I believe only a highly trained player can pull that off without getting perma blinded by the tanning sun. I admire such skills and would like to know how it is possible?

Sorry sorry, I'll be serious...
What happened to you is probably because of your PC's monitor radiation...
You see, I too have experienced the same thing before....
Once, I sit in front of my PC for hours my eyes starting to hurt...
And so I leave my PC a while for a break, but when I step out from my room, I realized, the light from the lamp and the sun hurt my eyes too...
It seems my eyes have somehow received to much light radiation that more exposure to lights will hurt even more...
To counter this, I get some aspirin, return to my room, turn off the lights of my room (to pitch dark), cover your eyes with blindfold or other means, and then take a nap for a minimum 8 hours...
When I woke up, I wash my face, and I feel better...
Well, I don't know if this work with everybody else...
If its getting more serious, you should just call a doctor...
