The doujins are good and numerous though.

I really wanted to like Kantai Collection, I really did. But when I first looked into it, the lottery entry (and the chance that even winning the entry lottery can glitch and deny you access to play) as well as having to set up proxies proved more effort than I was willing to put forth. Later, after seeing a slew of doujins, pictures, etc. of the characters, I thought I'd give it another go. I looked through image sites for a bit thinking about which ships I would want and strive for. I found six ships I wanted to get, which was good--six ships is the maximum you can have a team anyway--, so I looked on the wiki for details on said ships.

All six ships I chose were exclusively enemies that you can't use. All the cool ships I want aren't acquirable (and I didn't quite care for the playable ships compared to the awesome looking enemy ships I've come to adore). That sadly killed any desire of mine to play Kancolle.

^TL;DR: Wanted to like the Kancolle, but the Kancolle don't like Dee

Because of the growing popularity of the game, it's become increasingly difficult to get in. I just happened to get in when it wasn't very popular. The lottery system has changed since I first joined.

I got in first try in the first 5 minutes with 15 minutes preparation last week. It's not that big of a hassle.

Is there one for Yukikaze?
