Manga: Mirai Nikki, Onii-chan Control
Anime: Higurashi, Shuffle, School Days and Elfen Lied
VNs: Sorry I've only played two VNs and non have yandere. But there is this one VN literally named Yandere but I havent played it. Yet.

Thanks. There is indeed a VN named Yandere and I had also tried playing it but the thing is... it's not yet translated. There is an ongoing english translation for it and I would really be looking forward for that.
