from what I have seen (till EP 4) they follow the game pretty exactly. they left out the fre time events tho, whats not so bad, I think.

oh and they totally censored the first execution. was way more brutal in the game since you saw the poor delinquent (used in the sense of The One sentenced to death) getting ball'd.
But it was worse in the beta, since they had added blood splatters, had the victim bled and actually had the corpse kinda visible in the end.
