Take better care of yourself please, you were literally inches away from death and even now severe health complications from this infection later on in life are not out of the question.

They'll probably keep you on a prescription for a long time(which you should follow by the letter) and depending on how much they removed from your foot you might need therapy but it's unlikely.

Take it easy for the next few days and please recuperate in a sanitary environment. Best of luck to you.
