Christmas is about giving not receiving.

So is sex but it's still fun to receive.

I got money and my mom's friend cooked a nice dinner for me. That's about it. Couldn't really give anyone anything cause　I'm trying to save up for a new computer.

I didn't ask for shit this year, so I'm happy with what I got.

Although, I did get some godtier gummy bears from a friend.
Also bought myself a 2tb hdd, two zelda games (first ones, yo. twilight princess and skyward sword) as well as pc parts. An ssd, a mech keyboard, case and ram.

Christmas officially started for me on November 5th. I know it started creeping out in October when there were a few places with decorations, but that day was when a mall Santa said, "Merry Christmas!" to me.

Don't get me wrong, Christmas is totally cool when it actually gets up to the two weeks before it, but the pre-game show they have for the entirety of November irks me. Then there's that strange quiet in January after all the celebration officially ends, and I'm not sure if I'm the only one who feels like the world's just gone empty for the first few weeks, as if nothing ever happened...

I suppose "White Christmas" is a pretty stupid song over there, too.
