First they are from different worlds with different physical laws. SO to say wich ones would win is hard especially when its not clear wich one of all the versions of superman were talking about.
Goku have trained and spent all his life just trying to see where his limits go, and he clearly shows that you can get strong even if youre weak as hell to begin with (yes they said in the series that he was wery weak to be a saiyan) if you just train as hell.
Superman is just strong from the beginning and doesnt care to train to protect anything as far as I know (he thinks he doesnt need to as he already have so huge strength I think).
Conclusion:
IT DOESNT MATTER IF SUPERMAN ARE STRONGER CAUSE GOKU IS STILL MORE EPIC

sigh Goku got his tail cut of permanently to get rid of the weaknes, and it doesn't mater to his strength either because he can become super saiyain whenever he pleases.
It depends on wich version of superman you choose if goku will win or not. If this one he will lose:

supermans main power doesnt lie in the sneeze, this is just to show how ridiculusy powerful he is. Goku cant do that lol, but then again goku is already at the limit of being totaly ridiculus because of his strenght wich makes superman the winner but...

well sure Superman could sneeze a solar system but you forget, Frieza in his first form could blow up a planet with 1 finger. At the end of the Namek saga he had powered up to his 4th form and SS1 Goku defeated him. Fast foward to SS 3 or SS4 how insanely power would Goku actually be if he wasn't worried about harming civilians?
