Not really. After the shit on 9/11 and ft hood/People breaking in bases/Korea and a few others are considered high risk for kidnapping for impersonation or just kidnapping for info shit got serious on AWOL/Curfew. People like me who mostly lived off base had it easy but place like middle east/korea or other nation in conflict or boarder nation who are cocks are stricter for safety. Remember we still in war with North Korea technically.
Even in europe or US if you get caught after curfew your still fucked... Just MP usually aren't ass suckers or cool with a little lateness unless the Sgt is around.
