One of the best animes I've seen that aren't mainstream shonen action.
Next I'd say Kaze no Stigma, that was a pretty fun watch for me.
Last should be KissxSis. That anime completely lost my interest after ep. 2. Though, I think you should skip to like ep 10 or something because I heard there was a yuri scene in it.

I would say Kaze no Stigma since Ayano is cool hot, but the ending left me hanging. So choose from the other two.
