True, but only if you don't over do it. A few drops is all you really need normally. I find the best thing is like a sort of really weak home made lemon-aid. Like, I prefer to take about a teaspoon or so of lemon juice and mix it into a glass of warm water.

Make sure the water is not hot, but is slightly warmer than room temperature.

I used to. I don't know if I am really all that great now days. My range changed when my voice adjusted as it sometimes does through out life. So now I keeping wanting to sing lower than I should and don't know where my voice should sit or how much resonance it needs to have.

I think I'm more of an instrumentalist since I can't seem to get in the mood to sing unless I also have some instrument to accompany it~
