Not really. By end of September, no. End of October, possible. If you're worried about it just don't play whatever game you were going to buy as much.
League isn't that important and it's not just the games that I'm getting, other stuff too.

Yeah preordering online is sorta useless since they usually won't even deliver on day of release unless you pay extra anyway. Just preorder online and go in to pick it up.

Amazon usually delivers on time tho with free shipping, that is if you're lucky. Got about 40% the day after or two days after I ordered my stuff with free shipping haha.
