That rate... Somehow I got Himiko from lv70+ AW, but got nothing good from FAW (I also 'assisted' like 6-8 FAWs, but got only Rs).

You get one or two level per weeks if you don't have any quest, but I think you can get up to 5 levels in a week easily with quests =3=
