You won't be able to loot Imperium men. We bring our dead back (especially the Space Marines) and guard the once battlefield, so technically, your chance of looting successfully is around 10%.
Okay, now that gives me another idea, you should make a faction and name it Looters.

It is hereby authorized by the Imperium Adeptus Mechanicus that all down Titan mechs will have to initiate a Warp Self-Destruct Sequence to prevent looting of the finest of Imperium tech. Also, we don't have opposite sex soldiers in our army. (unless you count the Sisters of Battle)
And if your asking how to we have an army that big..
