well that certainly is interesting.
i assume his children aren't mentally deficient so i guess it's ok. i wonder if he'll ever be able to get over that though. i personally don't have a sister so i dont think it would bother me as much compared to someone who has a sister.

Thats awesome. If they're in love with eachother, I don't really see a problem with the relationship, its not like they grew up together... shit sounds like a good story for a hentai... incest ftw.

I dunno, if it were me I'd feel awkward as fuck. Sure, incest seems okay in hentai, in real life though... not so much.

They are only half-siblings so that, while not meaning much, may have decreased the odds that the kids would be born with a defect.
Deeds already done, as in kids, marriage, sex etc. So Even with that awkwardness, if he still loves her, I would say he should keep it a secret, and only reveal it at his deathbed, or after a real messy divorce.

Adam and Eve's sons married their own sister.
King Arthur had a child with Morgause (her half-sister).
Kyousuke will eventually marry Kirino.
So all is well in the end.
He should tell his wife though.
OT: Vasectomy is reversible.
