I am actually interested in seeing what happens to the agricultural industry if Mexican laborers stop doing the work, like when Alabama and Georgia made stricter laws on illegal immigrants back in 2012 and farmers lost millions.

It's always great when I am driving someone and they (white male usually) say "I used to work (random manual labor) I hated working with other white guys, they'd always complain or they couldn't get the job done, those mexicans on the other hand were great they'd make sure shit got done".

Depends. They're not needed if there isn't that many crops. There won't be that many if it's not partially subsidized by the government anymore.

I live in the second biggest wine producing area in Canada, and every summer we have hippies fron Quebec come down to the Okanagan to pick fruit, with their dreadlocks, BO and french Canadian accents. Also, I have witnessed Mexicans (or at least Latin speaking people) in my area of residence, working to most likely send money back home. They aren't bad people, they just wan't to support their family.
