In a new post on his personal blog, he has confirmed that the manga will resume sometime between next month and February of 2013, with the details still to be worked out. This news should please fans of the manga to no end, since the nearly 2 year hiatus really seemed like it would have gone on for longer.

I don't drink any energy drinks or coffee. I run on my own battery 24/7 with a recharge time (sleep) of about 5-6 hours on a weekday.
