Yeah, this is mainly an American website in the sense that the admin are American and the servers are in America. I myself am English and many of the users are from Asian and European countries.

Most if not all of the Admins are from the USA
the servers are based in the USA
Therefore they are subject to US law and ARE BASED IN THE USA!
However the domain name server which they do not control may be based in China!
