I should go on a trip tomorrow (its more or less because of a girl) but my mother doesn't want to give the money :/ Any thoughts how to change her mind? (please not something obvious because I'm a real professional in getting what i want)

Adding on to what Rove said, I believe you should earn your own steady source of cash. Not having time to get a job is a poor excuse especially if you have the time to go a manga convetion....

I mean if you plan to go there, do you also you plan to ask your parents for money.... I seriously any sane parent would go, "Yes here son have 200-300 dollars and have fun at this Manga convetion".........
