Hentai makes a good teacher in Sex Ed as much as FPS games make a good teacher in how modern weaponry works.
Meaning... it depends on the hentai, but generally, it forsakes parts of reality because the original intent of the work is for pleasure.
Ex: In many FPS games, every bullet is a tracer round, which is a bullet that leaves a stream which allows the user to determine their bullet trajectory (and correct aim or to remind the user when their clip/mag is running low), which is not a very accurate reflection of reality.

Man, whatever you watch isn't close to what real sex is. Like, in porn, the girls moan and scream and act like they're enjoying it. Sex in real life, and especially with your wife/girlfriend, chances are they don't make much noise(unless they're the really sex-crazed ones). In real life, when they moan and all, they're probably faking it.
