Hentai in the UK
0
Hi guys,
this is my first post, not sure if it's in the right section. I hope it is, otherwise :P.
So, I moved to the UK recently, and I know that the subject of adult materials is kinda controversial here. Can anyone tell me if it's illegal to order/own the fakku books, or any other kind of hentai? Because I don't want to waste my money only to find out it's been confiscated and that I have to pay a fine or something.

Dont' take me seriously here but
I think there was a post a while back about someone asking why they couldn't order any books. That was because is was flatout illegal in Korea (i think) to import porn or something. So i believe some locations are automatically blocked out, but grey area places. I dunno....
Might want to move this to feedback/support forum, more likely to get better answers there.

http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2009/ukpga_20090025_en_5#pt2-ch2-pb1-l1g62
Section 65;
(6) Where an image shows a person the image is to be treated as an image of a child if—
(a) the impression conveyed by the image is that the person shown is a child, or
(b) the predominant impression conveyed is that the person shown is a child despite the fact that some of the physical characteristics shown are not those of a child.
Good for you that loli isn't Wani's strong point.

My friend lives in England and he was scared his titikei books would be confiscated, but he received them just fine. Plus I know of other people who have ordered fakku books and there has been no problems so far
