This can deal equally with hentai and porn. But have you ever watched something, and go "Damn it, why do they always do that? It's stupid!"

Personally, I can't stand it when the guy makes more noise than the girl and especially when the guy starts to talk. I like to use my imagination when it comes to dialogue and having the guy say something screws that up and makes it harder to get into it.
Having Japanese as the Language helps because that way it more or less sounds like gibberish so even if the guy is saying something annoying I won't realize it. Thats why I don't notice this problem as much in Hentai as I do in live action porn.

I get annoyed when you're watching and it keeps cutting back to the guy. I don't want to see the guys every ten seconds just because it changes the view.

I hate it when half the episode is a blowjob and you see a dick filling up your screen the whole time. A great turnoff, and a great way to waste download limits.
Another thing that ticks me off is a hentai episode that has too much storyline - sometimes we just want something to jack off to yet the whole episode is just talking and maybe a bit of action and only for the last 4 minutes is there a damn sex scene :O

-Speaking of Moonlight Lady, I hate it when there's someone hotter than the main characters, but ends up not getting enough screen-time over it. Case in point: Tomomi. If you have a main character, make her the hottest one, or else, the fandom will go in the other direction.

I don't like certain combinations porn can have. Love stories obviously work well, as does shounen and shoujo themes like demon slaying and magical girls. Other stuff, though, like horror or drama, are just a waste of time.
