I seen a house in Detroit: two story 3bed/2bath 3 car garage; house in Detroit that sold for 1000$. I have 20 acres with a 1920 ranch style house that i bought for 80,000$. My next neighbor is a mile away.

It's being sold by a cereal killer who wants you to check out his basement.

It looks too new though. Its probably a typo and meant to be $275,000 based on the other things the realtor sells.
