I'm not sure if children's shows are ineffective as you claim but I think Lord Grey Cock is implying that your spelling mistakes invalidate anything you say.

OT: I'm not too sure about all of those.
Going out of your way for someone can be seen as either creepy/disingenuous/self serving, and it doesn't really simplify your life. There are others, but if I got into details people will claim I'm ranting or raging.
