I've worked with kids, so I've actually been asked this lots of times by children of various ages. Normally I just explain stuff about a seed and an egg meeting to create the baby as it grows inside the mother's stomach. Essentially the how without the sex.

Well it wasn't full-on schlicking...just "curious touching". At least, that was my sister said when she found her doing it.
