Nosebleeds, man's “other” hard-on. I personally never had one nor seen a person have one for pervertic reasons. I think it only happens to horny japanese business men looking at loli's in the park while in a pedobear costume, jacking off behind a tree while a concerned mother calls the cops and they gotta run away while their nut has been bust so its sensetive to run, then they talk about it on a dirty hentai site hoping someone would give a shit...............

I get nosebleeds when it's too hot or dry or if I'm dehydrated. My left nostril must have a blood vessel too close to the epidermis for aforementioned conditions to force a nosebleed.

Same here, except I have a weak blood vessel in my right nostril or something, I don't remember what the doctor said. My nose just bleeds randomly sometimes, and when it does it bleeds a lot. It sucks when I fight because it doesn't take much to get it going, and then I have to stop because people think I'm gonna die from blood loss. Sometimes it starts bleeding even if I get hit in a completely unrelated area of the body. I was playing bloody knuckles once and after a bunch of shots, my knuckles were torn the fuck up, but they didn't bleed. Out of nowhere, blood starts pouring out of my nose.

Despite all the crazy situations where I've had nosebleeds, I can't say that I have from women, porn, hentai, or anything else. However, one time while fapping, I guess I didn't get a good grip, my hand slipped, and I wound up punching myself in the face. So to be more precise, fap material has never given me a nosebleed, but careless fapping has.

i've never gotten a nose bleed from looking at some one... but it would be funny if it happened.

Whenever my nose bleeds (which has only happened like 4-5 times in my lifetime), I've either been picking at it when it's dry weather out, or it's completely random. To my knowledge I wasn't really thinking about much when either happened...

Anthropologically I think it's an interesting bit of culture that may have been carried over from other places of the pacific.

However the less nerdy reasoning I have for this is that getting suddenly horny at a perverted can give viewers somewhat of a nervous head rush. Especially if there is more awkwardness or pressure involved in the situation. I.E. If there's a girl in a compromising situation that the nose bleeder is wanting to do something with but his sense of duty is holding him back. Then His nervousness/blood pressure etc build up. After too much build up the excess blood has to escape somewhere, and the nose is an easy option.

(Looking back on it both explanations are extremely nerdy...)

I've never ever had a nosebleed. Ever. I fail at bleeding from my nose regardles of watching chicks or getting punched. A while I though that I couldnt be injured. Actualy, that's quite a odd story. I was snowboarding thinking that I had never injured myself, so I kinda spaced out, and then it come to mind once I had cut myself in my thumb with a knife, so I figured "I'm realy lucky never had any big accidents". Seconds later I fell and broke my arm just beneath my shoulder, had two operations and spent a month at the hospital...

And I'm still a snowboarder.

Never seen either, men or women, have a nosebleed at the sight of another attractive one. I think it must be some rare cases etc.
The extreme use of it in anime / manga is more as a comic effect, rather than an often occurring phenomena.

I kinda want to experience nosebleeding if I encounter extreme real life moe.
