^ Don't worry. The post I made was tongue in cheek where I was pretending to give the thread something of seriousness to talk about based on its barely decipherable title. Of course everyone has the liberty to marry persons anywhere from the world.
But in some parts in Vietnam, where marrying foreigners becomes an industry, rather than a personal choice, the problem does become serious. Men from villages have no one to marry as a lot of their women left the villages to marry elsewhere. There are certain social consequences that come along with this, I am certain.
