Im not a fan of either.

Batman with: 1 hour of prep time, a rubber band, a paper clip and straw.

Doomsday since he can cut Banner's head off and send him into space, which cuts off his oxygen and hopefully he ends up in the sun. It is difficult since the Hulk is almost invincible.

Pfft. Doomsday. Plenty of people can kill Hulk and only Entropy can keep Doomsday in check.
E: I stand corrected. I forgot Maestro says something along the lines of Hulk being kill-able, but always coming back.

I'm voting Hulk because depending on what manifestation of the Hulk we're talking about here, he'd put it in Dooms pooper. Also uh, you guys who back up Doomsday need to brush up on your comics, the dude is quite weak by comparison.
