I'm confused about what you are trying to get across with this, but is it true people are trying to correlate smoking weed with being an ill activity? I don't think it is, although I don't smoke myself. I realise the benefits you can gain from smoking weed, and the downsides.

I don't, however, see why associating this activity with such disrespectable events and people can make the cause of accepting or legalizing this any more smooth?
