seeing how you cant fix your schedule i doubt that, it might as well depend on wether you remember that you were dreaming at all. and by interest i meant having an interest in getting the fuck to sleep, since you're screwing it up with internets. Lucid dreaming can fix that, it says on the wiki
"can also be an incredibly useful tool for individuals who suffer from anxiety disorders, PTSD, night terrors, and other mental illnesses that can affect the sleep cycles and the emotional well beings of an individual"
I dont have any so i never tried, but @Gubi knows how (i saw him telling about it in cafe or what was it)

try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jX6kn9_U8qk I always use this sound these days since it's summer. I'm a rain person. :)10 hours of raining... wat
and you fall asleep just like that?
yeah not sure why but it's really relaxing for me but it's seems it's not for all people. i just love the feeling of smelling rain early in the morning. not the pavement smell but the fresh smell of morning rain is kinda energizing always remembered when i was still in hs that feeling but right now since our area got remodeled the small like pond at the back of our house is gone and became apartments so i'm searching for that feeling right now not sure why i can't feel that when i'm swimming in the pool maybe it's the chlorine and when i go outdoors i can't sleep really well seems like my body is aching to sleep in my own bed the nearest feeling that i felt like that is when i accidentally slept on the rocking chair on the 1st floor near in the garden maybe i need to move my bed in the garden lol.

I don't see a reason not to try it. i know i would, for the heck of it. although last time i slept outdoors was on a river bank near a bonfire, the insects kept crawling in my sleepbag, the shooting bits of cinder kept making holes in it, and my body was aching from the draught next morning. but i guess the whole fucking sky full of stars and the fresh smell of dew on grass made up for it, so yeah Do It
