no seriously guys i am, ever since i turned 18 last year i got some bad blood with my family because of their partying drugs all the bad stuff and with me trying to better myself by not being like them doesnt go too well, anyway i am getting kicked out of my house tomoorow because i made a few washes of clothes, she saw that i had the settings on the washer different than what looked like in the dryer, when i tried to explain why that was because i didnt think the medium setting for a sweater and pants was nessecary, she said get out tomorrow

i have 2 grand right now i wanna find someplace stable b4 itruns out any ideas?

TDLR got into a bitch fight with my mom and dad now i am homeless, help?
edit: i live in california so yeah... 2 G ain't worth much here the most 2 months rent

The first thing to do is to contact whatever family members or friends and ask if you can stay with for awhile to get on your feet. You could also try being roomates with a friend.

-rent a cheap apartment or stay with a friend
-get a job if you don't have one
-manage your money

Poor fella, yea, first stop is to ask closest friends, family, acquaintances etc. for a place to stay asap and from there try and land on your feet. Or, plan B, suck ass and try and beg/bribe to stay there for a little while longer. I got kicked out too because my mom died and the step dad I had found another lady and he no longer wanted to live in that house and since I was 19 I was old enough to live on my own, so I got a boyfriend, stayed at his parents house for a bit and now I live with him in an apt. It took a while but life keeps moving and we gotta take control ourselves :/ is super sucks but you'll get through it and maybe not for a while, but it will get better.

Your parents are a real piece of work. The first thing I would do is couch surf at a few of my friends' houses. The second thing I would do is look into whatever services are around your area for helping out homeless youth. It's not always the best option, but generally shelters will give you a few decent meals every day, a bed to sleep on and most importantly help finding a job. They can usually hook you up with one within a few days of being there. Even if you don't stay at the shelter look around for employment services, a lot of companies cooperate with those organizations to get employees, so you'll be able to find a job quickly.

2 Grand is more than enough to get into an apartment, then find a job.

If he's in California 2 Grand is about a month's rent combined with food and other.

Get a job pronto.
Also, get some cardboard and a pen just in case.

Sort out your priorities first, see what you could get with that 2 grands, spend wisely.
