Visual novel!? Then why does it need music to go with it?

Have you ever played one? As in any game or also for example movies, music can absolutely make or completely destroy the mood.

Wait! so is a Visual novel kinda like an H-game but instead of making choices to change the outcome of the ending it just plays the story the whole way through with
music and text dialogue?

Some Western people are still confused with H-games and Visual novels

In Japan they are called either Galge or Eroge, no one in that country calls them Visual Novel.

Visual Novel is a term that the western people made, but turns out it made a slight confusion when some people start using other terms for other kind of games, that is IMO just the same as others.

Originally Visual novel was for "ALL Kinds of games" that came out from Japan with that kind of format, but after some people start using other names to make a specific genre like H-games, this is where confusion starts.

It's Practically the same, but people view Visual Novels as more Story oriented and view H-games (ironically Flash games from Japan was also included into this category) for games that are more "Sex-oriented"

The same goes with Kinetic Novels, it got categorized differently just because it doesn't have any choices, just one straight story, But they're basically the same

Visual Novels = H-games

It would work at some parts, but for a opening, it needs to be more relaxed... slower, lighter, more orchestra related.

I can do that all you need is to give me a list of parts in the VN and state the scenario and the mood of it and I'll put it together for you ok? How about I give you my email and I'll send you the finished tracks when they are completed.

EDIT: For the opening...
Just check a couple of other VNs openings... like, Cross Channel... Clannad... that kind of stuff.
