I am setting a personal record of no sleep.

I find it pretty retarded that someone would attempt such a thing. It is a complete waste of time as: after around 16 hours one's body isn't in top shape anymore and so you're uncapable of doing lots of functions properly (e.g. reading); you will take even longer to recuperate from it.

I stayed up for 42 hours during a school week cramming for finals.
Then I skipped school the day before the final. And the suprising thing... It worked.

Plus, you'll remember how each hour felt. So that way you can say you know what it feels like to pull an all nighter or two

I slept for around 5 hours and I feel fine, I'm still sleepy, but I can read easily compared to before where letters kinda felt blurry.
Oh yeah, also, my last record was 36 hours and when I went to sleep, it only took 12 hours to get my back to normal. It felt awesome. I only did it back then to fix my sleeping schedule (I wanted to sleep earlier, without having to stay on the bed for hours to fall asleep)... it sorta worked.
I don't need a good reason, because I'm a man and I always get this sorta enjoyable-afterwards feeling when I do this, I can't quite explain it.

My personal record is 29 hours
Woke up at 7:00 am, went to sleep at 12:00 am the next day because I had to pull an all nighter.
I heard that if you smoke or huff meth, then you can stay up for like 72 hours.

Being a vetran of not sleeping for 72 hours straight (due to schoolwork), I'd say eventually your body will pass out without you.

2. I slept for around 5 hours and I feel fine, I'm still sleepy, but I can read easily compared to before where letters kinda felt blurry.

1. I do. That and common sense.
2. Let's if you'll still be as lively when night time arrives.
3. Only took 12 hours? Only? Sleeping is supposed to take 7-8 hours. Plus, some studies say that sleeping too much is just as harmful or more then sleeping too little. So you hit a 2 combo there.
But do as you want.
