It's possible. Admittedly 4 years is a long time for him to screw up big time, but it's only been 4 days since the inauguration and he's already delivered on some of the things he said during his campaign. If he runs again saying he was a "man of action", maybe he'd win again. Depends on the democratic party getting their shit together too.
