I didn't really get the chance to fight back, nor would I have had I got it. I condemn violence.

What happened was that he was being dragged back from the fight that was going on by his friends, when flailing around he for some reason spotted me, went "Duh fuck yuh lookin' at?!" and simply lashed out.

His friends apologised on his behalf, a cop who had gotten to the site came up to me and asked if I wanted to press charges, which I didn't do either.

I left a witness statement in case the guy he was fighting with wanted to do anything about it.
