[Locked] I hate it when Japanese language doujins are uploaded..

Untranslated doujins might as well be a slideshow of unrelated JPEGs with no Japanese text. Which is not what Fakku hosts. That would be a hentai picture gallery, which I'm NOT against XD, but that is not what I go on Fakku for. I come for the sexual content and story (even if it's minimal). If I wanted strictly sexual content then there are sites with paywalls or provide lesser quality free content that provide such a service. If the majority of the people were in it for the sex then there would be no censored(since it's from Japan) genitals in the new uploads. The majority of people who visit are in it for the art and story. There are beautifully made doujins that have great stories, where the sexual scenes become the icing on the cake, not that main attraction.

Honestly, just like pornography, when you've seen one pornographic scene... you've seen them allllll.. Those who come to Fakku are drawn because of the sexiness... but stay for the art style and story.

Japanese looks very intimidating. This and the laziness that I also have (And because I had a really rough experience learning a foreign language in school), prevents me from learning Japanese and because my job drains my time. I have to eek out time just to respond to you here.

I'd rather just ignore the untranslated doujins, but in the end they take up space on the front page and push out doujins that I can bet have more views because they are in English. Unless it's from a very popular uploader, and it's in color, uncensored and is very chibi.

What's the problem with their being non translated doujins? Sometimes the case is that site just wants to host a certain doujin, but there's not translation for it. I'm not sure the person you were replying to implied that this site was trying to cater to Japanese people, just the the works happen to be in Japanese.
Also you're not a pompous ass, definitely irritating and stupid though. Since the doujins and h-mangas originate in Japan, and written and drawn by mostly Japanese people, there really isn't a reason to host English translations that were probably done without the artist's permission.

Also you don't have to pay for doujins to be translated(it's illegal for them to accept anything but donations). A lot of the scanlators/translators are just guys and girls doing something on their free time for others. Learning Japanese isn't hard, it just takes an investment(time) most people don't want to put up with because they don't prioritize that for whatever reason.

Sure, they can host an untranslated doujin no problem, but they're adding it to the front page pushes more viewed doujins down the list and closer to the upload void of infinite doujins.

The time investment necessary is difficult to dredge up. Right now, I should be sleeping, instead I'm learning with a significantly less amount of time investment necessary in comparison. People don't need it to be uncensored to be in it for the sex. The majority being censored is to do with certain publishing laws if memory serves. But, just because they are censored, doesn't mean people still can't enjoy the sex in it.

Now, as for your quoting issue; I've never had that problem. It's a simple case of common sense. You're quoting somebody, and apparently trying to remove some of the text to make it shorter. So, what do you leave in? The bit where it tells you who quoted it of course!
It's really not that hard to figure out. I had no issues when I first started using a forums. It's common sense and using your head. I don't rely on the forum chucking in code for me now anyway, I do it all myself. It's faster, and less stuffing around.
