I must be really unlucky

so this morning I went to my every six months full body check up(paranoid me) and voila I fucking got a liver tumor(again) and I don't know how long it's been there and I'm scared cause they said it was pretty close to an artery I'm not sure which one(it was in japanese but I roughly understand the medical terms) and I've been put on leave for work, but seriously I'm not sure if it's alright for one person to change livers two times in twelve years.(rant rant rant)

At least you were fortunate enough to be sufficiently paranoid to try to find out before it was too late.
