Evading a ban isn't illegal in and of itself, even if it is a violation of a site's ToS, however; if a user continues to insist on tresspassing onto a website, the owner can have him brought up on harassment charges.I somehow doubt Jacob would be willing to deal with all the bullshit that comes along with filing for harassment, but I thought I'd let you know the option is there, it also makes a good threat and has helped me keep some pesky people off of various websites I administrate.

Thanks for the info, I don't think it'll be necessary. Good to know for the future though.

Now she continues returning as a different user even though she been IB banned several times.
P.S. That was a sugar coating of how much others actually hate her.

If you know it to be her, but if it isnt obvious I would rather not get 45 pm's a day of people who are suspected of being her. This is an operation to remove cancer, not an inquisition.
