I need some quick tips...

For how to get out of doing something twice in a row.
I have a hockey practice from 4:45-5:45, then I have to go straight to another arena (25 minutes drive, I don't even have time to get my equipment off), and do that practice, from 6-7:30. I can't drive myself, my car's being fixed, so I have to hitch a ride from my grandpa. So yeah, that's what happened.

I was thinking of trying to call and dad and tell him that the first practice was extended for another half-hour, and I didn't have enough time to make it to the other practice. But I have a feeling he'd call my coach and ask why practice was extended. =\

Any good ideas?

Honestly sometimes is the best option. Unless you're trying to avoid someone's funeral...that might be tricky.
